Weird HDMI cord problem

This is going to be kind of long, and probably pretty confusing, so sorry if it doesn't make too much sense.

So I have three HDMI ports in my TV, one hooked up to my cable, second my PS4, third my PC. The other day I tripped the cord to my computer and it broke a little bit. I switched it with the one for my cable and ordered a new HDMI cord from Amazon.

When I got the cord, I plugged it in, and my monitor went black and nothing came up on the TV. I switched it to a different port in the TV and the monitor turned back on, but it still didn't connect to the TV. I went to my display settings and clicked detect, but it couldn't detect a second display. So I switched back to the cable HDMI cord, and it detected the TV again. I thought the new cord might be dead, but it worked with my cable and PS4. I tried using the HDMI cable from my PS4 on my PC, and it did the same thing as the new cable; PC wouldn't detect it in the first or second ports, and the monitor went black with the port I tripped the cord from. That port works fine on my PS4 and cable with all three cords though.

So only the cord I had been using for the cable is working with my PC; which would be fine, but it barely reaches. I'm very confused, and not sure if I should order a new cable and try with that.

Then use the cord that works, sounds like there is a bad connection somewhere that got shifted a bit and that working cord happens to connect OK with that flaw.
So you tested the TV port and that port works fine on the PS4. So the issue must be with the port on the video card side. Not sure why you would be confused there.

Known good HDMI cord works in PS4 on all TV ports, no HDMI cords with with the computer. The only thing it can be is the HDMI port on the video card is damaged, right?

Sorry if I wasn't clear, only one cord works with the PC. The other two work fine with PS4 and cable, but not PC.
