Weird Icon replacing the number "1"? Need help.

This morning I've been seeing this weird troll icon replacing the number one.

My antivirus has not picked up anything. If anyone could tell me what is going on, I would be most appreciative.

Have you run a malware scan?

Does this only happen while in a browser or is it in other programs as well? Check your extensions or addons and disable any you don't recognize.
