Question Weird International language that I can't remove

So I noticed that there was a weird international language that I just cant seem to get rid of, I've tried to remove it via regedit using languages default values but I can't find it's default value anywhere, the language is called "English (United Kingdom) United-States International Keyboard"

Does anyone know how to get rid of it?

1st, why do you wanna get rid of it? Does anything not work correctly?

you should be able to remove the language by using windows keyboard settings

I wanna get rid of it because when I try to switch between languages, It gets stuck on that one, I can't ALT+Shift to switch, i have to manually go on the task bar and click on a different language which is really annoying, also the language isn't in windows settings, i can't remove it from there, there's only three, English (US, i checked inside it, there was no other keyboards,) Arabic, and Japanese (I checked the settings of both, again no other keyboards)

so this keyboard layout is literally Phantom almost, and everytime i try to search about it on google i find nothing, as it's called "English (United Kingdom) United-States International Keyboard"

Choose the option to use desktop language bar.
