Question Weird internet issue

I've very recently had a strange issue with my Ethernet on my PC, after a few hours use the network kind of "drops" expect I can still ping IPs & Domain names, yet no webpages or services run still. But I can watch youtube or Twitch will keep running but I can't open any new pages or connect to steam/discord etc.

I've tried changing my IP manually, setting a manual DNS, uninstalling/reinstalling network drivers. If I restart my PC it corrects itself for a few hours but then the same problem always reoccurs.

For reference I'm using an MSI 970 gaming Mobo with it's inbuilt Ethernet adaptor. Any advice on what to try next would be great.

Quick question, did you clean your temporary internet files? It seems like a silly question, but it seems to be something that is cleaned during restart.
If it's something that happens after a few hours I would contemplate a memory leak or ads.

I tried deleting cache/cookies etc on one occasion, that didn't help at all either. The issue has persisted over two versions of Windows (8.1 & 10)
