Question Weird issue, I can't type question marks in some games?

It's very weird, in games likes Valorant and I think Overwatch also, I can't type question marks. It works fine in other applications and other games, but a couple of games, it just doesn't work in.
Edit: Apparently I can't in any game now, so yea

My party voice push to talk key was on slash, but even after changing that, but it didn't change anything. I checked all the other controls and nothing else is keybinded to slash. Or is that not what you were asking?
