Specs

Motherboard: BIOSTAR B450mh
Proce: AMD Ryzen 53400g
Memory:2x8 ddr4(2667MHz)

Supposedly my memory will be 16gb, and yes it is 16gb at post message but in the bios it is only 8gb.
On windows it seems to have 16gb but when I go to taskmanager it only shows 8gb(7gb+ to be precise ) and is says it has a hardware reserved 8.1gb.
On taskmanger it shows slot used: 2 of 2 so therefore it detects the memory.

I tried:
reseating the memory&cpu.
cmos reset using pins.
reinstall windows.
update bios.
using maximum memory at sysconfig

With Windows, you don't need to do that unless your OS has corruption.

As for your motherboard, according to this page, you have two more BISO updates to go through - B45CSB05.BSS>B45CS127.BSS and then your BIOS will be up to date.

As for your OS, did you recreate your bootable USB installer using Windows Media Creation Tools prior to reinstalling the OS?

exact model of the ram?
latest motherboard bios?
MAXSUN DDR

I don't think this is the model id because it is chines
but here it is: MSD48g26q3

BTW both sticks are working, but one slot is not working when only one ram, specifically the right slot.
On the other slot it is working as it is.

In sysconfig untic max memory put a zero in the data field.
The system reserved memory might indicate a problem with one of the ram sticks.
Did this ever work?
Boot up a copy of memtest86 and see what it has to say.

No errors throughout the test

Memtest seems to be showing 8GB of ram.
Do you have both sticks installed?

Just to clarify let's label the sticks A+B and only use one stick.
Put stick A in the left slot does it boot?
Put stick A in the right slot does it boot?

Put stick B in the left slot does it boot?
Put stick B in the right slot does it boot?

Yes Both A+B is installed

I tried A left worked!
I tried A right Failed!

I tried B left worked!
I tried B right Failed!

But again It shows in the post I have 16gb of ram, and windows task manager shows that I have 16gb total ram but 7.somthing usable and 8.something is system reserved.

It is very weird!

Get a good light and a magnifying glass and look close at that right slot.
Check for bent pins or crud in the slot.
