Question Weird issue where PC won't boot but only after a week or so

I've got a weird issue where I got a new drive (Samsung 980 Pro) and cloned it with my old boot disk (Samsung Evo 970). It works fine, everything is perfect, then a week later or so, it won't boot. I thought it was weird, maybe someone else who used the PC broke it or something, idk. So I recloned it, it worked perfectly for another two weeks, now same issue. It won't boot, just a black screen. Very weird.

I ran the Samsung Magician software, drive had zero hours on it, brand new, did a check and it was fine. I have no idea why it keeps happening. Any ideas?

So, I found one issue where the ram was in the incorrect slot. This is my parents PC and they upgraded their ram and put it in A1 and A2 instead of A and B like the mobo instructs. So we swapped that and still same issue, no boot. The drive is in the M2_2 slot. I put the original drive in the M2_1 slot and added the second drive in the M2_2 slot to clone it over and removed the original disk. So now only the new drive in the M2_2 slot is there. It worked fine for a while but could that be an issue?
