[SOLVED] Weird issue with CSGO above 100FPS

Hi,so im experiencing an issue in CSGO,where if i dont limit my fps to sub 100fps,when im playing a game (no matter the game mode),the game would freeze for 3 seconds at a random point (ussually 25-30mins in game),followed by a blackscreen for 1 second,then it shows me the desktop and the screen is super bright,but i can move my mouse,so i close CSGO and it all returns to normal.
What could the issue be?
All the drivers are updated,csgo updated.
My PC is in my signature.
Temps in csgo are never above 60 on both cpu/gpu.

Oh and i've already tried returning the card to its factory clock speeds,didnt help.

i see a history of csgo causing freezes. SO let me know how other fixes go.
