Question Weird issue with my ASUS VG258QR monitor ?

Had this issue with my ASUS VG258QR monitor which was working perfectly fine until now. I see double vision and the text cannot be read properly. Would this be an issue with the power cord? Tried reseting my monitor settings but to no avail. I'll try to provide a picture below. Any help is appreciated.
