Weird issue with Windows 10...

So this issue has been annoying, any key I press does things differently, for example pressing the left mouse key in chrome downloads the page:

In games, inventory opens constantly if I press a certain key, even typing this was a nightmare...

Have you tried disconnecting your keyboard? Maybe something is wrong with that. Did you spill anything into it, or is anything resting on your keyboard?

If it's the keyboard, why does it happen too when opening links in Chrome using the mice - provided a picture of what happens when I click to enter a website.

If the keyboard has a modifier key pressed it can cause things to happen even with the mouse.

It has to be the keyboard, it's old.
