[SOLVED] Weird issues after reinstalling windows

Hi guys.
I did a fresh reinstall of windows 10 pro and some weird issues started occurring.

1. No connection for a few seconds after restart.
2. Can't open file explorer, including control panel and theme settings(stuck for about 2 seconds and then it does something like a refresh).
3. Error 0x80240fff when searching for windows updates. (I tried the cmd and powershell commands)

I don't even know where do I begin.

Download a fresh copy of Windows 10.
Use it and your old license in a reinstall.

FML I have 1511 installed 😂 I used that installation for a while I guess its too outdated now to even update...
Creating a new installation now.
