Weird lag after overclock

Hello i tried overclocking my memory so i Will get that advertised 3200mhz speed but after i did it i cant load anything in the Windows ... So when i start my Pc i log in to the Windows and then IT just wont load any program. IT doesnt freezes i Can move my mouse but programs wont load. Is there anything I Can do or do i need new rams?

Just reset your CMOS to clear your overclock.

I did reset CMOS Also loaded default settings in BIOS but IT didnt help

Ok so i found out its nôt memory sorry about that .... I turned on Windows in Safe mode and IT turned on and i Can open task manager which i couldnt before ... But not sure where is the problem ... Any suggestions please?

Ok problem Was in some program i installed recently ... Here is what i did ... Started Windows in Safe mode turned off All the apps that were starting at the start of Windows ... Uninstalled All apps i recently installed and IT works sorry for the spam
