Question Weird line in the middle of the screen

Right in the middle of the screen as you can see there is a weird line that cuts my monitor in half. I move a text file so you can see that line better. It disappears if I restart my pc and it appears randomly. What can I do?

yep, everything up to date, bios, windows, gpu, everything

i did not and now am at work not at home to check, i will when i arrive at home
