Question weird line on the screen

hi everybody, I purchased an ASUS Rog Zephyrs m16 laptop in April and today I saw a weird gray/black line on the screen, which I wasn't there before. Any idea what can the reason be and how to fix it? Thanks in advance

We're definitely going to need a picture to verify what it could be. Seems like it's a screen defect. Does it look something like this (in gray/black, obviously):

Thanks for the reply, the line was indeed like the one on the pic you posted,only smaller.
Weirdly enough, I restarted the laptop and now it’s good as new, don’t know what to say 😀

Might be lucky in a way that a loose-ish might cause the issue. Could be that opening and closing your screen makes it reappear and disappear. Either way good that it's not permanent.
