Question Weird lines around buttons

These lines appear sometimes. They disappear if I click on any other button but reappear on that button.
They are very annoying and unnecessary. How do i get rid of them?

This is zoom, but this happens in chrome (especially on yt music) too

Its fun just trying to find anything on topic.

I don't seem to see a comment section on songs in YT music. The comment section on videos doesn't show a split between messages, in latest version of Chrome.

I don't know if its a theme you have set perhaps in chrome?

It is the zoom app for windows. These lines are not implemented by google or zoom. They are lines made by windows, since these are the same lines that show up when you repeatedly press tab in any app.
But instead of only showing up when pressing tab, they show up (sometimes, when I alt tab a lot for example) even when I mouse click.
No the tab button is not stuck.
