I see some weird lines when i move my mouse, and graphic is really bad, just look at trees in video, I don't know how to explain you just check the video from 0:58 - 1:30 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ms0588w9FWE&feature=youtu.be graphic bad, weird lines, resolution moving, and i'm having lag too, performance is really bad even in some low games.

Its happening in all games, even when i am watching movies, videos, when i'm scrolling with my mouse i see something like lines its like resolution is moving, I don't know what is this, my english isn't best but I hope u can understand me guys. What do you think, what is the problem? My graphic card is AMD radeon sapphire 7750, I downloladed the latest drivers but still having this issue. I bought this card like 1 year and a half ago, and it was all good but this problem started happening like a few months ago, and I don't know is it even problem in graphic or something else? I think its graphic. I have 4 gb ddr2 ram, and quad core q9400, please help :]
