Question Weird lines on monitor when waking up computer ?

Whenever I startup or wakeup my computer, my middle monitor (MSI Optix MAG27C) gets really strange horizontal lines that persist for about a minute until it all suddenly goes away.
My PC specs if needed are:
Ryzen 5 2600
Rtx 2060 super
Asus Prime b450-Plus
single stick of 16gb 2666hz memory
Seasonic Focus gx-550 80+ gold

while it doesn't persist past the initial wakeup and thus I just normally wait it out, I'm worried my monitor or even worse part of my computer is going bad and needs attention

I would test this on another system. Seems like an issue with the monitor. Did you try using another connection type or cable?

After doing some testing today, replacing cables, using other monitors, borrowing my brother's PC, I found that the display port on my monitor or whatever receives the DisplayPort in the monitor is slowly going to <Mod Edit>, so I need to get a new monitor. Rip.
