Weird looking webpage, as if its broken

Hello everyone, so this is the deal. I need to register on this webpage in order to be able to play on one of the Arma 3's server because thats how they operate. Problem is, that webpage is completely broken, Ive tried accessing it both with Firefox and Chrome, looks excatly the same on both browsers. May I also add that this is literally the only webpage that is broken and looks like this and I never encountered a single webpage looking like that. The problem is, admins have no clue why does it look like that, because apparently, Im the only one having that broken look, which is odd, cuz it happens only on that one particular site. Take a look at screenshot below and please help me!

In Firefox, use the browser buildin developer tool, see if there any error on the console or the network.

Yes, I have installed a plugin both on Firefox and Chrome named ''HTTPS Everywhere''
