So I've been playing a lot of Battlefield lately and I noticed I have really bad performance compared to everybody else with the same specs. I have an i5-7600k 3.8ghz, GTX 1060 6GB and 8GB of RAM. I can play the Battlefield 5 beta on ultra 60fps but in crowded placed it goes all the way down to 30-40, which I find unacceptable. WEIRD thing is, if I put the settings down to low, the FPS stay the same. No going up or down, stays the same.
The temperatures seem to be fine as well as the CPU/GPU usage. Nothing goes above 80%. However in the game it does say I'm only using 3gb of my ram when using Afterburner, maybe that's the issue? Windows only use like 2gb so there's around 3gb missing. I have one ram stick

My ram: CRUCIAL 8GB DDR4 2400 CL17 1.2V DIMM
Motherboard: ASUS PRIME Z270-K,
GPU: ASUS DUAL-GTX1060-O6G
CPU: INTEL Core i5-7600K 3,8/4,2GHz 6MB LGA1151 BOX
Windows 10 PRO Latest
Latest drivers, clean PC etc etc.

Help would be greatly appreciated.

Here's a pic of my HWiNFO summary tab, so all the specs and what's going on.

Solution
If your total amount of system RAM usage is 7.5GB or higher, then your running into a memory bottleneck. When I run BFV, my total RAM usage is 10-11GB.
