[SOLVED] Weird marks/bars on screen ?

After turning computer on today my monitor has these weird faded red bars on it, it’s only a month old monitor. If I turn my monitor on and off with PC on I can see them on the monitor logo screen while it’s turning on, when my pc is off and I do the same thing I can’t see them.

what make/model is the monitor?

can you try it out on another PC to see if it still happens?

what are specs of the PC? tried updating GPU drivers?

I assume its not the desktop wallpaper
