Weird monitor glitch dont know what it is

okay so i built a pc a little back and now it has this weird display glitch dont know if its gpu,cable,or what. tried plugging in another gpu its still there and tried another monitor too. so im guessing its the cable but idk.

Try another cable - - you should have done that before posting if you suspected it might be the cable.
