Question Weird monitor issue

My monitor often just not displaying anything, and the power button light keeps staying on, and none of the buttons on the monitor worked. I have to unplug the monitor to fix it.
MODEL: Dell ST2210 overclocked to 75hz
EXTRA DETAILS: Have been dropped onto the floor a few times.

Well, first of all.. Have you tried to put it back to default refresh rate?

Also dropped onto the floor a few times, that probably did not help much for its lifespan either. Did this start happening after it was dropped, after the overclock? Or always been like that?

Do you maybe have another screen or TV to test with?
