Question Weird monitor problem

My monitor goes dark for 1-2 seconds when certain actions are taken on PC like closing some tabs. For example it almost %90 of the time goes dark when i close 1 certain tab. First of all i thought it could be colors(that site has a blue background) so i pulled that tab to the edge and it still happens. And it does that with both alt+w or click(btw i use chrome). I use HDMI. I uninstalled nvidia driver and installed clean, my gpu is 1030. It happens on some youtube pages too(very rare) i dont know why
