Weird monitor stuttering?

Hey I have had my 144hz AOC monitor for a few weeks now and it was all working fine until one day randomly (I think it was after i installed drivers) I started getting this weird stuttering in games and on the desktop. It went for a little then just came back again and its so fucking annoying. Basically when I move it looks like it skips a frame or two like if im playing csgo my crosshair jaults to the place im trying to look at but I dont get any FPS drops, it stays at 290. What is going on? I dont think its the monitor because I tested my other monitors and I think its doing it on them aswell.

you need to turn v-sync on!

too many frames is going to the monitor most likely, you might get screen tearing etc..

try turning v-sync on and report back..

V sync causes input lag, im not putting v sync on lol. And its not V Sync because I tried that and also just tried making the max FPS the same as the refresh rate and still got the issue

If you see screen tearing when you're pushing 144 FPS or more, then your monitor is defective. Because crosshair is related to your mouse and input, have you tried using a different mouse, or different mouse settings? Don't use a refresh rate of 1000 for instance, you don't want to go above 500.

Well to start with I did find that a display port cable from my GPU too my display fixed many of my problems on my new set up and I did have lots of micro stuttering

Its happening on all 3 of my monitors. 60 60 and 144. I think its just started happening since I got my SSD. And installed windows on it. Im gunna reinstall it now, maybe the SSD is defective? I mean its super fast and havent had any issues with it but this stuttering may be something do do with the reading?

Fixed it so far, reinstalled and the problem isnt here anymore
