weird mouse orientation

When I move my mouse left it goes down, right goes up, down moves it right and up moves it left? are there any programs that can rotate the orientation because I have tried everything, re-installing it, disabling and enabling and updating driver. nothing has worked, any answers will be appreciated.

Could be a faulty mouse so try a different one first to establish if that is the issue or not.

Yes, I just tried two different ones and they both worked, must be faulty. Question is, can I work around it easily with some software or just buy a new one?
