Hey guys,

My System:

CPU: i7 14700k
RAM: 32GB
GPU: RTX 4070
OS: WIndows 11

I just reinstalled Windows, and now when I watch Youtube videos I get a weird issue. Theres always appearing very thin neon green lines around the edges of people or buildings and stuff. They are flickering for a few milliseconds and then disappear again and so on.

What could that be? I just bought this GPU new, could it be a GPU related issue?

What's also weird is I cant take a picture of it because If I stop the video at any point, the lines disappear!

When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.

As for your OS reinstallation, where did you source it from and did you recreate the installer to rule out a corrupt installer? As for your OS install, did you install the OS in offline mode, to later install all relevant drivers in an elevated command(with the latest driver versions)?

What browser are you using to view your YT videos?

Heys guys thanks for the answers, the Driver Update did fix it. Now I just have the issue of the checked pattern when browsing. It appears like a few milli seconds . Ive got the RTX 4070. Ive read that Microsoft wanted to release a fix for that, but no info yet
