Question Weird noise coming from cpu fans after shutting down pc

Hello, I just bought a be quiet dark rock pro 4 and after testing it I noticed a strange noise coming from both fans after turning off my PC and I don't know if this noise is normal or should I be worried. The noise can be easily heard even with case closed


I removed the middle fan from the heatsink so that it could be heard more clearly. Exactly it sounds after the click sound from the psu

Are you sure it's from the CPU cooler? I would try and take a sheet of A4 paper and roll it into a cylinder, hold one end to the ear and use the other end to probe for the source of the noise. It sounds to me like a fan is brushing up against a cable.

Hello, im 100% sure its from cpu cooler, i disconnected both fans and noise is gone. This only happens when I turn off my pc. Maybe it's normal or they are faulty fans, I don't know.
