weird noise coming from fan

hey guys so I got a new gigabyte gtx 650 ti boost oc, everything was fine until I decided to make the fan spin at full speed just to hear how it sounds, from 0 to 60 its very quiet but from 60 to 85 it start making a noise like if the fan is touching some I could say "plastic object" like the plastic around the fan itself or a cable a little bit, I say plastic cause it doesn't sound metallic or something else. sorry about my English btw thanks.

I just found out that is the plastic around the fan, when I push or pull it sounds louder or stop.
