Weird noise coming from pc, Help!

My pc is also extremely hot whenever this occurs. It's a two year old asus n550jv. Any idea what the noise if coming from??

Sounds like a failing hard drive.
Also I can only hear it at the very end of the video.

Or it's a speaker thing, it sounds like some old timey computer sound, like a dot-matrix printer.
