So, I realized when gaming today my pc sounded like my gpu had coil whine but then when examining further it seems to making this noise when idle with absolutely nothing open. I checked my psu and it wasn’t coming from that my only guess is it’s coil whine which would be weird considering it happens when idle or my aio which always makes this high pitched noise and maybe is dying.

Pc specs:
Ryzen 9 5900x
ASUS b550 f gaming
2x8gb ddr4 3600mhz cl16 ram
Rx 6750xt xfx merc 319
Corsair h100i 240mm aio
ASUS Thor 850w 80+ platinum

Video of noise at idle. (When gaming it’s the same thing but way louder)

Can you narrow it down by removing the graphics card and replacing it with another, or using the internal graphics.

Yes, I just did this and it seems to be the gpu, should I be worried?
I've replaced the fan on some older graphics cards. Look into how much is involved in replacing yours. Can't speculate on how long yours will last, but if the fan failed, it's possible the board could be damaged before you were able to turn the computer off.

I just got the card less than a month ago I can’t see how a fan would have failed already.

Idk it took the gpu out and put it back in and it doesnt seem to make this weird noise anymore, but now the card has coil whine which yesterday it didnt.

New things fail all the time. Think of the Apollo program and the many failures that it had - in spite of billions of dollars and the best engineers. Infant mortality, it's called.
