Weird noise x-fi fatal1ty titanium champion srs.

Hi, it's been like 2 weeks that I have this annoying problem, I heard a noise that doesn't mutes lowering the volume, it's like static I actually know, I can hear the soudns changes when I move my mouse, don't actually know what to do with this, installed a new windows from zero, tried on 7 and 8 and nothing the onboard sound is fine. This are my specs:

AMD 8150
Crosshair V Formula
16GB Ram Corsair DDR3 1600
SSD Samsung 256GB
2TB WD Sata
X-fi fatal1ty titanium champion SRS
Mouse G700 Logitech
KB G510 Logitech
Tritton Ax51 Pro Gaming Headset
PSU Raidmax 730W

By chance can you move it to a different slot or remount it? I've had a titanium series card and mine was quite buggy itself. If I changed any audio settings I had to restart my computer to hear anything.

Try an older, stable, driver.
