I am not sure where to post this but ocassionally my Motherboard's manufacturer splash screen/logo during boot up looks like this:

It didn't happen often and BIOS aswell as Boot up worked fine no problems.. but few months later GPU died.
I thought that was the cause for that odd behavior and got my GPU replaced at the shop with new one even had clean driver install for it.
Well what do you know it started happening again
Anyone knows what can be causing this and if should i worry? :/
It can't be the GPU this time right? Since its basically brand new and again everything seems to work fine no other issues either with BIOS , boot up or during normal usage (games working fine , no bsod or anything like that, all temps seem cool too).
