Question Weird PC Boot problem

I have Avermedia C985 capture card, I know it's so old but at least it's cheap and useful. Motherboard is B450 Tomahawk, it has 5 pci and 2 of them for GPU. When I take first one for GPU and plug capture, PCs led and fans starts but does not get BIOS screen or anything, just black screen. I switched GPUs PCI (I mean second one) then plug capture card, it worked great but my GPU performance reduced. Do you guys have solition or advice?

I think yes cpus fan or other fans also works

You should try putting it into the first slot again without your capture card if you havent already if it still doesnt work its possible that pci slot just doesnt work anymore

Im already using it on first slot as i said all pci slot actually work fine but only when I switch GPUs PCI slot.

It could probably be your capture card hindering it did the issue barely start when you put the card on or did you always have the card

Probably but we need solition, I tried downgrade bios version but it did not work.
