Alright so I was using my PC about 4 days ago and I left it on for like 20 mins when I came back I find it frozen nothing worked and the cpu fan was working loud so I tried restarting my PC but same thing happened fan is loud and pc is frozen so I turn it off and try again next day the next day it turns on and works fine all day
When I turned it on again the next day it turns on fine but after a couple of hours it does the same thing again.
And it happened again today couldnt find a fix or a problem just like mine so i came here to try and get a fix as i always find one here

I have an intel motherboard (DP55SB)
A stock cpu fan
650w psu
Gtx650 graphics card

I thought:
(Overheat problem maybe )
Or
(Cmos battery )

Some other things to consider: driver conflict - could be an automatic update or something you recently installed. I chased a somewhat similar problem for a year before I discovered the issue was old HP printer drivers.
PSU failure, especially after it warms up. Test by replacing psu with a known, good, working psu and running the p.c. for a few days (what brand and model psu, and what power ratings are listed on its label).
Your thought on overheating is on-track: When did you last thoroughly clean the inside of your case? How long has your CPU cooler been attached to the CPU; sometimes the thermal compound breaks down and needs replacing. If the interior is clean and the CPU cooler iis mounted properly and/or recently (with new Thermal Interface Material or TIM), then try running the computer with the case side open and a desk fan blowing into the case: It that solves the probllem, then you have an airflow issue and either need to clean your fan filters etc.. or install more fans.
You can try resetting your CMOS and replacing the battery, but generally that does NOT have any affect on a running computer, or even a pc that is plugged in and the psu power switch if on; the battery is to keep you BIOS settings when the computer is shut down completely. Usual sign of a bad CMOS battery is that you can''t boot the pc.

Let us know if that solves the problem. Since it has been awhile since you cleaned; if you have the necessary items, consider removing your cpu cooler, cleaning it up, and remounting it with new TIM. Here's a Tom's tutorial for doing that:
http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/333968-28-thermal-paste-removal-installation-guide

What brand and model is that psu, and how old is it?
You mentioned earlier replacing the CMOS battery; though I don't think that is the problem, you might as well do it.
I take it the 'full clean' included removing, cleaning, putting on new TIM, and remounting the CPU cooler, yes?

Have you tried another PSU to see if the problem recurs? Just worked with a thread wherein the guy had a top tier PSU by Corsair and it went bad; he only found out by trying another good, working psu that he had. Sooo, it could be intermittent PSU failure.
Please repost. Got a bunch of things going on here at home, but I will get back to you, or perhaps someone else will, as soon as I can.

The PSU is a cooler master gx 650W its over 1 year old i don't currently have another good one to test it with
And I've noticed that when I go in bios settings when I turn it on, if it turns on it works fine but as soon as I save and exit it freezes Again
Since I have an Intel motherboard it freezes displaying a 1 on the motherboard also sometimes when I want to turn it on I turn on the surge protector and the PC turns on on its own
And when the PC freezes and I try turning it on again it boots for about 2 seconds and turns off again it keeps doing that till I pull the plug
