Weird pink vertical lines on display

Hey everyone,

I have these weird thing vertical pink lines running across my monitor screen. They never go away and always stay there. I am includong some pictures of how that looks. The GPU seems to be working still as its fan is still spinning and It hasn’t been that long since I bought it. Any ideas? Link to photos: https://imgur.com/a/87UFSbe

Assuming its not the monitor, pull the hdmi or dvi cable (see the 'no signal' box thats moving around?) no lines, its not the monitor.

its a faulty GPU.
