Weird pixelated shadows/black colours

Hi guys I have some weird shadows and I don't know what the cause is. I brought my old PC into my new country I'm living in and bought a new 4k Monitor plus GTX 1050ti. I also installed a brand new Windows 10. It all happened at once. I don't know what would be the reason of shadows like that - is it the fact that it is 4k monitor and most of the things I see are not adapted to 4k even if the resolution is 4k? Is it some GPU problem? Drivers? Drivers are new. Could it be Windows 10 issue? Maybe if my monitor is Full HD I wouldn't have these shadows although it feels like the problem is somewhere else. The third photo doesn't look this way anymore (when I find this photo on 500px) but the cases on top are from last night and today. The video of Kevin Spacey is from YouTube. I have seen shadows like that before which usually would be when you lack drivers.

Thank you but I took the photos with my phone so I can show how it looks like. If I do a screenshot then on your monitor it might be fine. I just didn't understand what you meant with "do not display". What's wrong with posting them this way? thanks

There is a permission problem or something. They show up as circles with minus signs in them. They do not show up as pictures.

Whoops! I see now! Although I used a direct link somehow Google Photos still managed to hide them. Sorry

The last one is an actual screenshot to prove that it is not my monitor but GPU. Maybe now you can see them

The first one was a severe case, I think before the drivers when I installed Windows. I found the photo again and it was fine, but I get problems with the shadows, the colours are purple and pixelated

EDIT: on the last one nothing is visible. I guess tinypic changes them in a way and also the resolution is smaller when I upload it.

CHECK THIS VIDEO. Please on 1:55 turn on the highest resolution and go full screen and if you see some purple colours in the shadows when the sun goes down then it is from the video, if not then...it's my GPU...

Probably the processor trying upscale to 4k. Also, what is your color bit depth?
