Hey everyone, I've been having an issue with what I think is my graphics card lately. I've attached the problem in the picture below.

The weird pixelation isn't a problem with the monitors because it moves along with the window. I'm running a four monitor set up, and the problem moves along with Borderlands 2 no matter what monitor I put it on. It doesn't just happen on gaming, but sometimes with simple programs like Chrome or Photoshop. I suspect it's a problem with my graphics card, but I guess it could also be a problem with the power supply.
