Question Weird pop ins every 3 days after buying new monitors.

Hello! I recently got some weird pop ins. However i bought a new monitor and it worked fine but all of sudden about 3 days later i got the pop ins again. So i bought another different monitor was fine the first days i bought another one once again and i got those pop ins around 3 days later. I just can't fix this problem and its making me lose my mind. Some people talk about bad outlets or bad grounding. I also have mouse delay on all my devices like ps5 and so on. Even phone (including pop ins). Apparently others can't see this problem im having when they watch it on videos only when they see it in real life. My friend said this doesnt look anything alike compared to the video and that the graphics look garbage on my screen but not on his pc and irl. Sorry for bad english. Any help would be appreciated. Incase someone misunderstands. Everytime i buy new monitor i get pop ins like 3 days later. Before that the graphics + pop ins are fine.

the bad thing is. It would be easier with videos but apparently it isnt visible on videos which is super weird. Since i live in a smaller city i managed to get my friend here saying that the graphics are garbage compared to his even on same settings and that he doesnt get those pop ins. And when i think about it. I bought like 4 different monitors only to get pop ins 3 days later. But i'll try sending a picture later. Gonna work in a bit tho so if you could wait till later if its okay. Cause im writing via pc rnow and i have to charge my phone before going to work.
