Question Weird presumably "gaming" program popping up every now and then, what is it?

About a week ago while i was playing siege, some weird white box popped up for about 5 seconds, it also made made my mouse and taskbar pop up.
a few days later it happened again, a bit longer this time. today it happened again, but this time it actually kinda "showed" what it was,

Does it have its own icon on taskbar? If yes right click on it and properties and it should show where the exe is located, otherwise go to task manager and open file location.

unfortunately no, it always happens mid game so i never have time to open task manager to check what it is.

huh. that is strange. Judging by the logos at the bottom it reminds me of discord. Do you have discord installed?

Edit: just realised this post is old. Has the picture appeared since you posted, and if so, how frequently
