Weird problem about my monitor

I have a problem about my ASUS MX239H.Blue tint occurred 2 days ago and now another problem that I can't describe so I take a picture

This is the photo when I'm at Desktop.Chrome is closed.

Looks like the image has been burned into your screen.
May also be a loose connection inside the screen.
Bring it to a local repair shop or purchase a new one.
