i have weird problem that i just noticed in windows 10 there is some kind of stutter and resisting when moving columns and the highlighted cursor here is videos i made to explain the problem better

GPU: EVGA GeForce GTX 1070 Ti SC

MB: MSI B450 Tomahawk

RAM: G.SKILL TridentZ Series 16GB Model F4-3600C15D-16GTZ B-DIE

SSD: Crucial MX500 2.5" 1TB

KEYBOARD: Logitech G910 Orion Spectrum

MOUSE: Logitech G502 Proteus Spectrum

all updated to latest drivers

ps: i tried safe mode but still the same problem

Can you please scan your PC with any efficient antivirus program?

Also, please check if BIOS update is available.

If nothing works, please try Running the SFC /SCANNOW and CHKDSK C: /F /R commands to see if any of these fixes the issue.
