weird problem in James Bond 007 Blood Stone

ATI HD 5770 1 GB GDDR5
RAM 8 GB
i5 3470
Windows 8 x64

I've played many games such as Crysis and didn't freeze for a second
but i downloaded james bond blood stone and started playing and the game lags every second and freeze everwhere can't move shit and frame dancing from 40 to 10

something weird about it
so what should i do ?
maybe it's a problem with Win 8 as Blood stone was in 2010

I forgot to tell you something
the game doesn't crash but it freeze and lags like shit
