Weird problem when starting up

First of all i'm not sure if this is the right section even though it seems like a mouse problem none of this was happening till a recent windows 10 update.

I noticed when i first login to my computer that my mouse left click acts like 100 clicks. Same goes with the right click it is as if its double clicking it self.

I clicked only ONCE to test it just today while starting up and it created so much google chromes with one click

Also to note after a short time maybe 1-3 minutes everything will act normal.

P.s i have changed the usb port twice already

Try a different mouse and see if it happens again. Tell me the results if you do.

I don't have a other mouse to try. I just don't understand how and why it only acts up for the first few minutes of start up but then becomes normal?

Guys please help me out it can not be a hardware issue. The clicking issue i'm talking about happens even when i UNINSTALL and INSTALL razer synapse obviously this has something to do with software. This issue is driving me crazy it keeps opening over 100 files if i click only once causing my computer to freeze
