weird ( problem? ) with asus z170 pro gaming

hi guys, few days ago I changed case and cooler in my pc, when I connected everything, I saw something that I really don't understand, I mean when I power on my pc, on mobo I can see CPU led, DRAM led, VGA led and BOOT led lightning one by one, after that my pc is ok, everything is working. with my last case and cooler these things weren't lighting. my question is: should it be like that? are these leds lightning one by one just to checking if everything is ok? only BOOT led is lighting for like 3sec, cpu half sec, dram 1sec, vga 1,5sec. thank you in advance

i7 6700k
asus z170 pro gaming
asus gtx 1070
8gb kingston ddr4 savage
psu ocz zs 550w
