Weird problem with pc, random terminals open.

I have a laptop and this started happening 3 days ago. My pc will randomly show a terminal for less than a second. It's not a problem until I watch a movie or play a game. My pc will randomly minimize the game or the movie window and the terminal will pop up for less than a second, then it goes to normal again. What might this be?
I also notice when I put the charger on the terminal appears again.

it fixed it for most people but there will always be those it doesn't. This is a common problem this weekend though.
