Weird RAM Glitch - New RAM Computer Wont Boot

This is a bit confusing and doesn't really make sense but i will try to simplify it.
Before i start explaining let me disclose that I had this setup working before i reset CMOS.

I have 4 x 8gb Crossair dominators that are 1866 Mhz and 1.5v that i had in my Alienware Aurora R4. I had to reset the CMOS, after doing so I could not boot my computer at all... The lights would turn on the tower but the screens, keyboard, mouse all would NOT turn on. So i put in the original 4 x 2gb stock RAM and had the same issue. Then I removed 2 cards and I was able to get the computer to boot. Then i started to mix and match them, after much tinkering I was able to get my computer to boot and function properly with 1 2gb RAM stick (Original) and 3 8gb Corsair dominators for 26 GB of RAM but i would like to use all 4 corsair sticks and obviously I don't want to be mixing them but oddly enough that was the only way I could get my CPU to boot at all.

I am almost certain when I installed these new ram sticks I had to make some adjustments in the BIOS but I don't remember what it is I need to do. Also doesn't help that there is only 1 BIOS version available for my motherboard and it's terrible.... Running Alienware Aurora A11 BIOS, don't think it has another name....

I would REALLY appreciate some help..... I don't know it this is allowed but if it is I will paypal you for your help if you know how to fix this.

Stock Motherboard (doesn't have a specific name, only one aurora R4 board though)
Intel 4930k
NVIDIA GTX 780 (SLI)
NVIDIA GTX 780 (SLI)
Samsung 840 Pro SSD 256 GB
2TB HDD

Maybe the memory controller in the CPU can't handle that much. Try rising the CPUVTT voltage.

I thought about that, but that wouldn't explain why 4 x 2gb sticks wouldn't work. Those are the original sticks that came with this computer with this bios.

I will try adjusting voltage but my BIOS doesn't have any CPU VTT Voltage, below are screen shots of what I have to work with in my BIOS, i'm not sure what the difference is between the two voltages.

I'm not even sure this is a RAM problem, might be bios/motherboard. I just put it under memory because it started acting up because of the RAM.

If you have ever seen anything like this please give me your feedback. I contacted a few people about this and everyone thought it was extremely unusual and never seen anything like it before.

How are you trying to run them, in quad channel? Try a increase to the VCCSA voltage maybe to 1.2

Hi Tradesman, yes in quad channel. I just tried increasing it to 1.2, once again it worked with 3 Corsairs (8gb) and 1 OEM (2gb) but did not work with all 4 corsairs. TBH, i looked up what VCCSA is and I still don't quite understand it so im a bit reluctant to increase it any further... How high can i safely go with the VCCSA voltage?

1.25 (VCCSA feeds the MC (memory controller), did all the DRAM come in a single package? Might also try kicking the DRAM voltage up to 1.57 (safe)

I tried the recommended settings with no luck. It was actually 2 packs with 2 sticks in each but i tried just two sticks from the same package and that will not work either. Also, i have had this set up working before, it just stopped working after I reset the cmos. If I don't have atleast 1 of the original cards the computer does not boot no matter what. Right now i have 1 oem and 3 corsairs in and it is working fine.

Check the timings they might be different.

Do you have an SSD? might be the Drive selection is set to IDE instead of AHCI - does it give an error message or any beep codes

It is set to AHCI, usually when the PC boots the motherboard beeps. When I have all 4 of either RAM the motherboard does not beep nor boot.

Try raising the tRFC to about 220

Success! The highest the bios allowed me to set it to was 200 out of frustration i just said screw it and set it to that. Popped in the new ram and notified me of RAM change like it should have to begin with.
