I have a 8GB HyperX Fury DDR4 RAM Card on an ASUS B150M-A MOBO.
As you can see in the screenshot, it says im using 7.2 GB of memory (I noticed it since I got a Windows warning of low ram), but if you look at the proccesses there are all of the RAM that is used is ~4GB.
I have had this problem for a while and it's really annoying as I'm using heavy programs and games that use a lot of RAM and I'm getting this high RAM warning quite often.
It also happens a lot when I play BF4 - I get a low RAM warrning and game crashes...
I'm pretty sure 8 GB is way more than enough for this game.
I tried switching the RAM to another slot, running MemTest86 and running a virus scan (don't think it's a virus though) but found nothing and I still have this problem.
It might be due to some sort of malware. It usually requires the use of several anti-malware programs to find most (if not all) known malware, one anti-malware program is usually not enough.
