Question weird screen issue

so I gut this problem in my screen when I first booted my pc
when I restarted my pc it didn't show again nor I know what caused
could you please help me and point to what might caused it ?

and I recently bought a new gpu its an rx 6800xt i did some benchmarks and stress testing and it was good but could cause this ?

CPU: r9 5900x
Motherboard: x570 msi gaming edge
Ram: 16x2 3600hz TeamGroup
SSD/HDD: 970 evo 500gb
GPU: rx 6800xt founders edition (previous gpu asus rtx 2080 super oc EVO-V2)
PSU: Corsair RM850 (2021) around 4 months old
Chassis: Corsair Crystal Series 680X
OS:win10
Monitor: xb271hu
