Question Weird sound bugs

Hello, I started getting those weird screeching sounds when something loads in my PC (Rarely) since I installed and played Crysis last night, Was wondering if its something wrong with my onboard soundcard or something else.
My PC Specs:
intel I7 8700k OC to 5GHz
Asus GTX1070 Ti
4x8 GB of some sort of Corsair (Cant remember)
1000 Watt Corsair PSU (cant remember which model)
Asus Prime Z370 A

Are you on the latest BIOS update for your motherboard? You may want to uninstall and reinstall your audio drivers. Can you mention your audio equipment as well?

I am almost certain I am not on the latest BIOS as I updated it last time more than half a year ago, I use HyperX Cloud 2 as my headset plugged via USB at the back of my PC.
Also have to mention I was expericiencing this a lot last night while playing Crysis and only rarely when not playing Crysis.

I have realtek disabled on my PC and only this enabled as my output:

Right so I went through and updated to the latest BIOS and will report back if I encounter another problem like this.
