Question Weird sound coming from PSU

Hey, in the last 2 days I noticed a weird sound coming from my pc, here's the audio: https://vocaroo.com/i/s0XGRtD7LGEm .I'm not 100% sure but I think it comes from the PSU and only appears around once every 5 minutes for 10-30 seconds, but I'm still worried something is broken.

I recently added 16gb of ram and a 4k monitor, but removing either didn't stop the sound from appearing.

Sounds like the fan of the psu hitting some plastic.

Also
Ryzen series does not support quad channel, so running 4x8gb sticks might give you instability.

Yea that's what I thought aswell, but I can't really see anything that would be in the way when I take out the PSU.
